We have a great opportunity for a proactive and passionate Clinical Trainer/Clinical Educator to join our Learning and Development Team here at Aria Care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active Pin, be a Clinical Trainer already or have experience in Training or mentoring in a clinical capacity. This role will involve travelling to our Care Homes Nationally and will require a full driving licence.
Key skills and requirements:
- Registered Nurse with active Pin
- Training qualification – desired but not essential
- Excellent communicator and presenter
- Ability to travel nationally
- Excellent coaching skills
- Knowledge of learning and development theory and models
