Your role in action:
Lead Clinical Care: Ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.

Step Up: Confidently cover for the Home Manager when needed, showing adaptability and strong decision-making.
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN, with strong clinical skills and leadership experience.
- Experience with Elderly Care: Skilled in understanding the unique needs of older people, from nursing to dementia care.
- Natural Leader: Able to inspire, guide, and develop your team while maintaining a supportive, positive culture.
- Flexible and Confident: Ready to take charge when needed, adapting to the ever-changing needs of a busy care home.
