We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Support Worker who is fluent in Turkish to assist a client whose first language is Turkish and requires support in their native language. This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
• Encouraging independence and skill-building
• Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
• Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• A Turkish-speaking Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with brain injuries
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
