We are looking for a skilled and proactive Learning & Development Trainer to join our client's healthcare team. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs to support the professional growth of healthcare staff, particularly in neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury services across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised training qualification and bring experience in developing and implementing engaging, tailored L&D solutions for diverse audiences.

Qualifications
- Training Credentials: A recognised qualification in training (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent).
- MAYBO Accreditation: Desirable, though not essential.
- L&D Experience: Proven track record in designing and delivering learning interventions for varied audiences.
- Creative Approach: Ability to craft innovative solutions for both mandatory and developmental training.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of learners.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with health and social care is beneficial but not required.
