Our care home, nestled in the picturesque town of Dartmouth in Devon, provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 79 residents, offering a serene and supportive environment where quality care meets coastal charm.

What You Will Do
You will collaborate closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to create and review personalised care plans. Each shift, you’ll lead by example, guiding your team and ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and clearly communicated. You’ll carry out routine health monitoring, administer medications safely and respond swiftly to changes in residents’ needs. You will build meaningful relationships with those in your care, promoting independence, dignity and engagement at every opportunity. From supporting nutritional needs to responding effectively in emergencies, you will play a key role in maintaining the health, safety and happiness of our residents.

What We’re Looking For

• A Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• A calm, patient and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is desirable, but not essential
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care
