Typical Shifts are: 7am -2.30pm 2.30pm-9.30pm or long days 7am-9.30pm

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Titchfield, Fareham is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. Our newly refurbished; 4 bedded Registered Service in Titchfield is a welcoming and friendly environment; with a great staff team and 4 residents with a lot of personality. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them supporting them with their daily life; including assisting with their personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be cruising down the River Hamble on a boat trip, the next you could be unwinding with them; baking cakes; watching films or splashing about in the paddling pool in the summer months.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
