Based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, we provide exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for 60-residents.

Henderson House is delighted to bring a new opportunity for a passionate Senior Care Assistant to join our close-knit team.

What We Offer

As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, and creating a warm, supportive environment.

You’ll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. Your leadership will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.

What We’re Looking For

•  Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care is the minimum requirement.
•  Medication Training: Practical Medication Administration with competencies is required.
•  Written care plans: Ability to create, update, and maintain detailed, person-centred care plans.
•  Leadership Skills: Someone who can lead a team, prior experience of this is essential.
•  Compassionate Nature: A kind, caring, and compassionate personality with a sense of fun and a commitment to person-centred care.
