What you will be doing
As an Audit & Compliance Lead you will be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of quality aspects of governance and audit across Farmfield Hospital.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be providing administrative support across a range of areas including developing systems, delivering and arranging training and embed changes to ensure the sites meet all regulatory, clinical, quality and corporate requirements.
You will co-produce a Quality and Assurance plan and ensure it is kept up to date and reflects the needs of each site.

As an Audit & Compliance Leadyou will be:
- Managing compliance to the standards within all contracts ensuring information submissions and recording meets set deadlines and quality.
- Working autonomously to follow up actions, complete projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory requests and regulatory bodies.
- Work in partnership with Elysium Healthcare and other Stakeholders across local health communities to facilitate improvements in clinical quality.
- Providing and leading on assurance that corporate, regional and local policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative and secretarial skills
- The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
- 4 GCSE at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
- An understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
- Previous line management experience is desirable.
Where you will be working:
Location: Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0BN
You will be working at Farmfield Hospital, which is a large purpose-built medium-secure service with good facilities. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide care and support for adult men 18+ with a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and behaviours that challenge.
Farmfield is located North West of Gatwick airport near the village of Hookwood, with good transport links by road, bus and train. It is easiest to reach the site by car.
