Location: Sandbach, Cheshire
Pay: £16.97 per hour
Shifts: Monday – Saturday, 9am–9pm (flexibility required)

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Female Brain Injury Support Worker to support a vibrant, sociable client living with a brain injury. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in someone’s life by promoting independence and delivering tailored, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and mobility support

• Assist with daily routines and activities

• Build a strong, trusting relationship with the client

• Encourage independence and wellbeing in day-to-day life

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries or complex care needs (advantageous)

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• A Full UK Driving Licence

• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for delivering outstanding care
