A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketer to join Barchester's recruitment division as Recruitment Marketing Manager. We are market leaders in employee experience and have the most impressive product in the sector. This is an autonomous role that will encompass creativity, organisation, networking, and negotiation to ensure that Barchester as an employer is attractive to a diverse range of potential candidates. You will be working alongside our ever-expanding and highly skilled recruitment team to deliver innovative and engaging talent attraction campaigns. This is an evolving role, which will allow you to demonstrate creative flair and exceptional execution of marketing campaigns.

Required experience and qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment marketing across various media (not necessarily in care sector)
Knowledgeable in design and image approval
Able to analyse data and develop strategies
Excellent copywriting skills
Exceptional communication skills
Role and responsibilities:
Write and approve all copy, designs, and images in line with agreed brand guidelines
Develop fresh and innovative ideas that are up to date with the current market
Work collaboratively with the Central Marketing and Recruitment teams
Implement cost-effective effective marketing initiatives aimed at attracting quality applicants
Monitor return on investment
Develop strategies to increase the visibility of Barchester's vacancies and drive applicants to them
Monitor Barchester's online employer brand in terms of social media and employee review boards
Devise tailor-made recruitment solutions bespoke to needs of service
Monitor, measure and review your team's performance, recognise great contributions, provide constructive feedback and handle any performance issues effectively
