Oakbank Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built 70-bed luxury care home in the scenic town of Crieff. Surrounded by hills and greenery, we provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Respite and Palliative care in a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported, and understood.

What We Offer

• £21.32 per hour
• £1000 Welcome Bonus (You will receive £500 after the first three months and another £500 after completing the six-month probation.)
• 33.75 contracted hours per week (day shifts)
• Paid PVG, uniform, and annual NMC registration

What You Will Do
As a Day Nurse at Oakbank, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred clinical care to residents throughout the day. You will begin each shift with a detailed handover, work closely with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are fully met, and maintain accurate care plans and documentation. Your duties will include administering medication safely, monitoring health and wellbeing, supporting residents with daily routines, and liaising with families and professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will lead by example, guiding and mentoring care assistants to create a safe, dignified, and empowering environment for all residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A calm, compassionate, and confident approach
• Passion for delivering the highest standards of care
