What We Offer

£23.74 per hour
Contracted to 38.5 hours per week
Flexible shifts on offer

At our home, we don’t just provide care; we create a vibrant, supportive community where residents truly feel valued. As our Clinical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care we deliver, supporting both residents and staff to thrive.

You’ll work closely with the Home Manager, providing strong clinical leadership, mentoring the nursing and care teams, and ensuring best practice is embedded across the home.

Why this role matters:

As a Clinical Lead, your role goes beyond hands-on nursing. You’ll be responsible for promoting clinical excellence, overseeing care planning, supporting audits and compliance, and being a key point of contact for families and external professionals. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every resident receives safe, effective, and person-centred care.

What we’re looking for:

You’re a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and solid clinical experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting. You’re confident in leading others, comfortable making clinical decisions, and passionate about developing and supporting your team.

You have a strong understanding of regulatory standards and a commitment to continuous improvement in care quality.

About you:

You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach. You build trust easily with residents, families, and colleagues, and you’re motivated by making a real difference every day. You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of care, dignity, and safety.

If you’re ready to take on a leadership role where your clinical expertise and compassion truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of a team where your leadership helps shape exceptional care.
