What we're looking for:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive, person-centered care plans that reflect the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs accurately, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for both residents and staff, following infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team culture that prioritizes the well-being of both residents and staff.
