- RGN qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in nursing, particularly in caring for individuals with physical and long-term neurological conditions.

- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating strong leadership skills when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and colleagues effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with varied needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social requirements are met through individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive, person-centered care plans that reflect the needs and preferences of residents.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs accurately, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for both residents and staff, following infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team culture that prioritizes the well-being of both residents and staff.
