What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tailoring Individual Care: Partner with residents, families, and professionals to create truly personalized care plans that reflect each person’s unique journey.
• Leading with Purpose: Guide and inspire your care team each shift, ensuring seamless collaboration and the highest standards of care.
• Communicating with Clarity: Champion continuity with effective handovers and open communication across teams and families.
• Caring with Confidence: Deliver thorough clinical care — from monitoring health needs to administering medications — all with precision and empathy.
• Building Bonds: Foster meaningful relationships built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to well-being.
• Promoting Independence: Help residents live as independently as possible, offering support when needed while encouraging autonomy.
• Creating Community: Get involved in activities, inspire engagement, and help residents find joy in every day.
• Advocating for Safety & Nutrition: Keep a watchful eye on health, safety, hydration, and nutrition — ensuring our residents always feel secure and supported.
• Responding with Heart: Be ready to act swiftly in emergencies, always learning and reflecting to enhance the care we provide.

What You Bring:

• A valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN or RMN.
• A genuine passion for care - whether you're an experienced care home nurse or just starting your journey in this setting.
• Warmth, empathy, and an innate ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues alike.
• Outstanding communication skills - calm, clear, and full of heart - in every interaction.
