We are looking for an RMN who is:
- NMC Registered: Holds a valid NMC Pin and has experience in mental health nursing.
- Knowledgeable & Skilled: Possesses a solid understanding of mental health conditions and effective therapeutic approaches.
- A Strong Communicator: Able to connect meaningfully with patients and work well with a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathetic & Professional: Skilled in managing complex cases with compassion and professionalism.
As an RMN on our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Assessments: Conducting thorough evaluations for individuals in crisis.
- Care Planning: Developing and implementing tailored care plans for each patient.
- Direct Care: Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to care.
- Patient Advocacy: Fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
