We are looking for an RMN to join our client's team at a respected mental health hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care for adults (18+) with mental health conditions.

In this role, you'll support individuals who require specialised care and intervention, often when community resources are insufficient or unavailable. The hospital is dedicated to fostering a safe, therapeutic space that promotes healing and recovery. Here, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient group, creating personalized care plans and delivering top-tier nursing care.

We are looking for an RMN who is:
  • NMC Registered: Holds a valid NMC Pin and has experience in mental health nursing.
  • Knowledgeable & Skilled: Possesses a solid understanding of mental health conditions and effective therapeutic approaches.
  • A Strong Communicator: Able to connect meaningfully with patients and work well with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathetic & Professional: Skilled in managing complex cases with compassion and professionalism.

As an RMN on our team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Assessments: Conducting thorough evaluations for individuals in crisis.
  • Care Planning: Developing and implementing tailored care plans for each patient.
  • Direct Care: Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to care.
  • Patient Advocacy: Fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
