Lammermuir House provides high-quality care for up to 48 residents with nursing needs, within a purpose-built, modern facility.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring proven culinary skills and a real flair for flavour, along with a practical understanding of food safety, nutrition, and dietary requirements. Experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus, but not essential what matters most is that you’re motivated by care and take pride in what you serve.

About you:

You’ll be confident leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, and comfortable balancing creativity with compliance. Cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail are second nature to you as is the ability to work as part of a team that truly values each other.
