Silverleigh is a beautiful care home set in a quiet residential street in the heart of Axminster. Our welcoming, purpose-built home provides care for up to 65 residents, delivering high-quality Nursing, Dementia, and Residential care in a supportive and community-focused environment.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Silverleigh, you will play a central role in delivering expert clinical care with kindness and compassion. You will lead by example, developing personalised care plans, supporting and guiding the care team, and ensuring every resident receives safe, dignified and person-centred care throughout your shift.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, foster a calm and nurturing environment, and be a reliable point of contact for colleagues and healthcare professionals alike.

What We Are Looking For

• A Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• A positive, proactive approach and a passion for elderly care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A calm, compassionate nature and a commitment to best practice
