What we're looking for
  • Qualifications: RGN (Registered General Nurse), RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), or RNLD (Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC registration.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar nursing role, ideally within a residential care or healthcare setting.
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills with the ability to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What's on Offer
  • Comprehensive Induction Program: A structured induction designed to support a smooth transition into the role.
  • Career Development Opportunities: Access to further training, qualifications, and progression within a growing organisation.
  • Health and Well-Being Support: Employee Assistance Program and healthcare plans to prioritise staff welfare.
  • Competitive Overtime Rates.
  • Flexible Annual Leave: Generous holiday entitlement, with options to buy or sell leave days.
  • Exclusive Benefits App: Discounts and offers from leading high-street retailers, restaurants, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Individualised Care Planning: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans addressing the needs of residents with physical or neurological conditions.
  • Resident Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and up-to-date.
  • Education and Support: Educate residents and their families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care to promote understanding and engagement.
  • Infection Control and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing evaluation and development of nursing practices to improve care outcomes for residents.
