What You Will Do
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents living with dementia. From assisting with daily routines and personal care to promoting comfort, independence, and emotional well-being, you will be a familiar and reassuring presence in our residents’ lives.

You will build trust through gentle communication, patient support, and attentive care that respects every individual’s story and preferences. You will also work closely with colleagues, families, and health professionals to ensure consistent, person-centred care is delivered with dignity.
