Deputy Care Home Manager (Registered Nurse)

A highly rated care home in Reigate is now seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team as their Deputy Manager.

In terms of care, the team provides excellent residential, nursing and respite care for age-associated, dementia-related and/or other chronic conditions; the home currently has a fully “Good” CQC rating.

This is a permanent, full-time Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) position.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• (Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
• (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, supporting the development of a clinical team
