- Support HR clinics, open-door sessions, and listening forums as required.
- Review and update job descriptions and assist with recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate new starter inductions and onboarding with relevant Directors for managerial roles.
- Provide administrative support for change processes and consultations.
- Utilize HR information systems to access, input, and compile data as needed.
- Manage SharePoint to ensure it is updated with current HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HRBP to review and implement HR policies and assist in employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee DBS/PVG checks for Home Managers and the regional Leadership team.
- Conduct monthly NMC Pin checks for regional and Home Manager roles.
- Create a quarterly staff newsletter in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Participate actively in the company’s annual conference, manage company awards, and collate relevant data for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Support employee relations across other divisions when required.
Person Specification and Qualifications:

- Strong experience with complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced, small-team environment (e.g., care or hospitality).
