Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin with registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
- Prior experience in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting is preferred.
- Ability to work 36-48 hours per week on a rotational schedule.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for patient-centred care.
