We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support our dedicated culinary team, helping to prepare and serve nutritious meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.

Your Role as a Kitchen Assistant
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work alongside our chefs to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Your role is essential in creating a pleasant dining experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring meals are ready on time and meet high-quality standards
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following hygiene and safety regulations
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring stock is handled correctly
• Follow food safety guidelines, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety
• Support the wider team, contributing to the smooth running of our kitchen

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen role is beneficial but not essential
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling (training provided)
• Strong organizational skills to keep the kitchen running efficiently
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering great service
