Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for dementia and elderly care? Our client is looking for a dedicated Home Manager to oversee their dementia residential home. This vibrant, full-occupancy home is designed to offer residents comfort and community, featuring cozy lounges, a dining room, a conservatory, and a large, secure garden. Qualifications and Experience

- Approach: Compassionate and hands-on, with a dedication to promoting person-centred care and respect for residents' dignity and choice.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of dementia care and well-being.
