36-48 hours per week

Our client, a beautiful care home rated "Good" by the CQC, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. Requirements
- Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and NMC Pin registration
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting
- Strong understanding of clinical and care standards, including experience in medication administration and assessments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach, with a commitment to maintaining residents' dignity and enhancing their quality of life

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents, addressing their unique needs with skill, empathy, and professionalism
- Administer medication, perform comprehensive assessments, and manage care plans, collaborating with the broader care team to ensure the best outcomes
- Oversee and evaluate individual care plans, documenting changes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment, adhering to all Health and Safety and infection control protocols
- Build strong relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, information, and support during their care journey
