As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding education and care for children. You will take the lead in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring children's well-being and development are at the heart of everything you do. You'll inspire a love for learning while creating an engaging and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), or be Level 6 qualified.
• Experience: Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding practices.
• Skills: Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities to deliver outstanding teaching.
• Passion: A genuine love for teaching and a commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, age-appropriate curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
• Support the professional development of the nursery team by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to create an engaging learning environment through play-based and structured activities.
