We have over 140 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for an SEO and Content Manager to join our team in Alcester.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll be an SEO expert with both technical and content knowledge, and good experience working on content and outreach campaigns. You’ll be using your knowledge and expertise to manage a content team to deliver organic growth, by executing a performance maximising content strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop an annual SP strategy to drive organic traffic growth
- Own and develop the technical SEO and on-page optimisation roadmaps ensuring they are prioritised to deliver the most business impact
- Manage reporting on keyword performance, ranking and organic traffic and share recommendations on how to enhance organic search visibility and performance
- Work closely with the UX, PPC, and development teams to identify areas of opportunity, and coordinate development resource
- Manage the content and SEO team
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a confident leader with a positive and can-do attitude. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering SEO driven business results in either an in-house or agency environment. You’ll also have experience of working with WordPress, HTML and SEO tools such as Lighthouse, Google Search Console and GA4. We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, to share that experience and knowledge with our team.
