We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen’s West End. We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86-residents.
Rubislaw Park Care Home, a flagship service of the Care Concern Group, is seeking an exceptional Clinical Deputy Manager to join our award-winning team in Aberdeen’s prestigious West End.
Our state-of-the-art care home provides outstanding Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86-residents. With a reputation for excellence, we are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that enriches the lives of our residents.

Contract Details
- Salary: £25.00 per hour (£50,050 per annum)
- Hours: 38.5 hours per week

- 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)
What You'll Do
- Lead Clinical Care: Oversee and drive high-quality clinical care tailored to residents' needs.
- Enhance Resident Experience: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and well cared for.
- Dynamic Role: Engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community daily.
- Support & Training: Lead and support your team, offering training and development to enhance skills.
- Step In as Needed: Confidently step in for the Home Manager when required, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN with strong clinical skills and expertise.
- Experience: At least 2 years of Deputy Manager experience (preferably in a large care home).
- Elderly Care Expertise: Previous experience working with elderly residents is advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Supportive Approach: Passion for staff training and development.
- Adaptable Leader: Confidence to step in for the Home Manager as needed.
