Our care home in Crosspool, Sheffield provides exceptional Residential and Dementia care for up to 44 residents. Set within a welcoming community, our home is a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, safe, and cared for.

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistant to join our team on a flexible, zero-hours basis. This role is open to both those who are experienced in care and those who are new to the sector. Full training will be provided, so your dedication, kindness, and enthusiasm are what matter most.

What You Will Do
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, ensuring their dignity and independence are prioritised. You will assist residents to engage in activities and maintain accurate care records. Working flexibly across the home, you will contribute to a warm, safe, and welcoming environment whenever you are on shift.

What We’re Looking For
You may already have experience in care or be new to the sector. Either way, you will bring patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting our residents. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a person-centred approach are essential.
