Opening March 2025, Osprey Court Care Home in Pitcrocknie Village offers luxurious accommodation for 60 residents. We provide personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care in a peaceful, multigenerational setting, prioritising the complete wellbeing of each resident.

Osprey Court Care Home, located in Pitcrocknie Village, offers luxurious accommodation for up to 60 residents. We provide personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite Care in a peaceful, multigenerational setting, focusing on the complete wellbeing of each resident.

We are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Activities Lead to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging, meaningful activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation and overall wellbeing for our residents.

What We Offer

•  £13.50 per hour
•  Full-time position
•  Paid PVG,  Pension scheme,  Uniform provided
•  5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As Activities Lead, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of activities tailored to residents’ interests, preferences and abilities. You will take time to get to know each resident personally, ensuring every activity promotes inclusion, purpose and enjoyment. You will encourage social connections, organise special events, and maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes. Working closely with colleagues and families, you will help make Osprey Court a lively, engaging and supportive home for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

•  Experience in planning and delivering activities within a care or community setting
•  A confident, friendly and creative personality with a passion for enriching lives
•  Excellent communication and organisational skills
•  A genuine interest in supporting older people and promoting their wellbeing
•  The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
