Maplebrook is a purpose-built care home in Wolverhampton, providing specialist Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 81 residents. We are now looking for compassionate and flexible Bank Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you have experience in care or are looking to start a meaningful new career, this is a great way to work around your availability while making a real difference.

What We Offer

  • Flexible zero-hours contract

Your Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and activities – always prioritising dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will follow personalised care plans, communicate any changes to the team, and help create a warm, positive environment for everyone in the home.

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) preferred
  • Experience in care is helpful but not essential – we welcome those with the right values and a caring nature
  • A flexible, reliable approach and the ability to work well with others
  • A genuine interest in supporting older people
