Our private, luxury care home is in the beautiful market town of Melton Mowbray. We offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 88-residents.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical leader with a creative approach to problem-solving, who can inspire and positively influence their team to achieve excellence in care.

  •  Essential Skills and Experience
  •  Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly care setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  •  Occupancy and Fees Expertise: A successful track record in driving occupancy rates and improving fee structures, with a focus on delivering business   growth.
  •  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to identify, address, and solve challenges effectively, ensuring smooth operations and continuous   improvement.

Relationship Building

  •  Skilled in building and maintaining robust relationships with local healthcare agencies, community partners, and professionals, fostering a strong network   of support and collaboration.
