Registered Nurse - Deputy Manager

A premium care home near Malton is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join and lead the team as their Deputy Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) position, day shifts.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)
• (Essential) Senior-level experience caring for older adults with a range of complex health needs
• (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team
• (Desirable) Previous experience as a Deputy Manager
