Our brand new service is located in the beautiful town of Crieff, Scotland. Our care home offers luxurious accommodation for 70-residents, providing personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care

Located in the beautiful town of Crieff, Scotland, Oakbank Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home offering personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative, and Respite care for up to 70 residents.

We are looking for a meticulous Housekeeper to ensure our care home remains hygienic, safe, and welcoming, while also managing laundry services. You will be a valued member of a supportive team, where your attention to detail and dedication make a real difference.

What We Offer

• £12.21 per hour
• Contracted to 40 hours per week ( Over 5 days - Including weekends)
• 8AM - 4:30PM
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
You will provide thorough domestic cleaning throughout the care home, adhering to company policies and best practices. You will implement hygienic work practices to maintain a safe and sanitary environment, including cleaning and protecting various floor surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and sanitary fittings. You will manage waste disposal and clean vertical surfaces safely without using access equipment. Supporting residents’ daily wellbeing and helping them adapt to their environment will be part of your role. You will efficiently manage laundry services, ensuring residents’ personal belongings are safely handled and correctly labelled. You will adhere strictly to health and safety, infection prevention, and fire safety protocols, following safe operating systems at all times. Collaboration with other staff to maintain cleanliness and effective laundry services is essential.
