Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 21:30, 07:00 - 21:30 including working some weekends

Lead Nurse's with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our nursing management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Clinical Lead to join us in leading our nursing service in Chippenaham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Clinical Leads continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Clinical Leads are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas’ including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

As a Lead Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Lead Nurse's are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support and our clinical teams, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Lead Nurse's are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care and clinical colleagues. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Lead Nurse’s are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Lead Nurse's having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Lead Nurse's should have a UK based nursing qualification as well as relevant experience working in Clinical Leadership role and prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD and be registered with the NMC.
