Our private, luxurious care home is delightfully situated by the seaside in Frinton-on-Sea, which offers premium living for the elderly, comprising of 70 bedrooms.

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join us on a bank basis. If you want to make a meaningful difference in a home known for its warmth, professionalism, and outstanding standards, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, person-centred care that supports each resident’s dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Create, review and implement tailored care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead by example during your shift, guiding and supporting the care team to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care.
• Administer medication safely and accurately, following all relevant protocols and procedures.
• Observe, monitor, and document changes in health and wellbeing, ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, clear communication, and genuine empathy.
• Respond promptly and professionally in clinical situations, demonstrating confidence and sound clinical judgement.

What You’ll Bring

• You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC pin.
• You bring kindness, patience, and calm professionalism to everything you do.
• You communicate clearly and sensitively, whether with residents, families, or colleagues.
• You are confident leading a team and understand the importance of teamwork in delivering great care.
• Previous experience in a care home is helpful but not essential we’re looking for the right values above all.
