Pay: £12.24-£14.91
Shifts: Bank Position, Night shifts, 9pm–7am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to support a young client in Brighton with a range of complex health needs. This role is perfect for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Our young client is sociable, loves spending time with  family, and enjoys interacting with everyone around.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Enteral feeding

  • Medication administration

  • Non-invasive ventilation

  • Oral suctioning

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
