Join Our Team as a Spinal Injury Support Worker – Carrickfergus

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00

• Waking Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00

• Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts

Positions Available:

• 1 Part-Time Position: 24 hours per week, flexible day & night shifts

•  1 full time position :  36 hours a week 3 waking nights a week

• 1 Bank Position: Work on an as-needed basis, flexible day & night shifts

Pay Rate:

• Weekday Day Shifts: £16.17/hr

• Weekends & Waking Night Shifts: £17.11/hr

• Sunday Night Shift: £17.73/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support personal care, hygiene, and mobility (mobile hoist & slide sheets)

• Assist with meals and feeding when required

• Keep accurate care records and report any changes

• Offer emotional support and encouragement with empathy and respect

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous care experience essential (training provided)

• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work both day and night shifts

• Full UK driving licence required
