Our brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home in Almondside, just outside Livingston’s town centre in Edinburgh Western, will offer 66 beautifully designed bedrooms. This state-of-the-art residence is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a sophisticated and serene environment.

What You Will Do
You will create and implement personalised care plans in partnership with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring each plan meets individual needs. You will monitor residents’ health, perform observations, and administer medications accurately while maintaining detailed, legal, and clear documentation. You will lead the night team confidently, managing shift organisation, handovers, and emergencies while maintaining a calm, safe environment. By fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, you will help promote independence, encourage engagement, and ensure that every resident feels valued, respected, and secure throughout the night.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Passion for providing high-quality care and improving residents’ lives
• Ability to build strong, empathetic connections with residents, families, and team members
• Clear and compassionate communication skills
• While care home experience is beneficial, it is not essential
