About the Role
Join our friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy. She’s creative, enjoys Lego, horror films, and relaxing art sessions in her summer house. You’ll help her live life to the fullest, both at home and in the community.
What You’ll Do

Provide 2:1 care and personal support

Support daily routines with compassion and consistency

Join her for social outings, hobbies, and appointments

Learn specialist skills such as suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure response (full training provided)
Who We’re Looking For

Basic care experience (training given for complex needs)

Calm, friendly, and confident communicator
-
Willing to learn and upskill in complex care
-
Team player who enjoys being hands-on

Full UK driving licence essential
