Contract: Full Time

Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.

Be the Difference Every Night
Are you a natural leader with a caring heart? Do you want to take the next step in your care career with a family-run company that truly values its people?

At our beautiful care home, part of the Care Concern Group, we’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our night team. You’ll play a vital role in leading by example, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care and that every shift runs smoothly and supportively.

This is your opportunity to be more than a Senior Carer. It’s a chance to be a mentor, a calm and confident presence overnight, and a key part of our care home's leadership.

Why Join Us?
We believe in creating homes our residents love living in and our staff love working in. As part of the Care Concern family, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, feel valued, and make a real impact.

What We Offer:

  • £14.77 per hour + paid breaks
  • Night shift: 19:00–07:00
  • Full-time
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time)
  • Pension scheme
  • Free DBS and uniform
  • Onsite parking
  • Supportive environment that values career development

Your Role
As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll:

Lead with confidence: Coordinate night shifts, delegate tasks, and guide the care team to deliver outstanding support.

Support residents: From personal care to companionship, you’ll prioritise dignity, independence, and comfort at every turn.

Administer medication: Safely manage and record all medications, following best practice and our policies.

Document with care: Keep accurate and up-to-date care plans and risk assessments that reflect each resident’s individual needs.

Communicate clearly: Work closely with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals, ensuring warm and professional communication throughout.

Respond to needs: Act quickly and calmly in emergencies, showing confidence and compassion.

Be a role model: Help create a positive team culture where people feel respected, supported, and inspired.

What We’re Looking For

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Practical medication administration experience with up-to-date competencies
  • A kind, caring and fun personality – you’ll bring warmth, energy, and emotional intelligence to the team
  • Proven team leadership skills – able to delegate, support, and inspire those around you

About us:
You’ll be joining a values-led care home that’s part of the Care Concern Group, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK. We’re expanding rapidly and are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role in a growing and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We believe in delivering care to the highest standard, and our five core values guide everything we do:
Trust | Respect | Passion | Kindness | Inclusivity
These values define who we are and underpin everything we do, from the smallest interaction to the most complex care. If you live by these principles, this is a place where you can belong and truly make a difference.

If you’re ready to embrace a new challenge and use your skills to lead and inspire a team, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and make a difference.
