With a reputation for excellence in Nursing, Dementia, Residential, and Respite care, our home is more than just a place of care - it's a thriving community where residents feel valued and supported. Key Components for a Successful Home Manager at Care Concern Group
• A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
• Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team.
• Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees.
• Clinical qualification is desirable – Proven track record of leading a clinical team is essential.
• Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
• Embedding the highest standards of care.

Contract
- Salary £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary.
