We’re interested in our Care Assistants having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Care Assistants should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with complex individuals with mental health needs
