Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours:
-
2 Sleeping Night Shifts per Week: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

Bank Hours Available: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Please Note: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required to escort clients when needed.

Your Role
Every individual we support is unique—and so is the care we provide. As part of your role, you may:

Assist clients with personal care and daily routines

Support individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging

Escort clients to appointments and outings

Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being

Offer emotional support and companionship
You’ll need patience, empathy, and the ability to build genuine connections. Physical stamina and attention to detail are also key parts of this rewarding role.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for compassionate individuals who are:

Patient, empathetic, and caring

Experienced (or confident to be trained) in supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours

Flexible and responsive to individual client needs

Able to build positive relationships with clients and families

Hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
Experience in complex care is desirable but not required—we provide full training.
