Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and is an organisation that is committed to making a difference and we need motivated and passionate colleagues who will make it happen.
Our Senior Leadership Team (Directors) play a vital part in the success of the business, and we are seeking a Senior Leadership Team Administrator, to work closely with Regional Care Director in our North region. The role is task driven, to provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, to facilitate the best use of their time.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the SLT with tasks to be more efficient by devising and maintaining office systems, including data management.
- Overseeing and tracking of complaints until satisfactorily closed off and ahead of deadlines.
- Managing the work schedules for the SLT
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Occasional travel to any branch location/region to take notes/actions or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance.
- Organising and maintaining diaries - booking Teams calls, making appointments, setting up ways of working
Who You Are
To be successful in this role you'll need to have -
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- You’ll also need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
