Pharmacist Manager

A leading Benfleet pharmacy is now looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join them as their Pharmacist Manager.

An independent business and rated highly locally, the pharmacy is a lively store in a great location close to amenities, parking, bus links, and health and care providers. The team is experienced and can offer patients additional services such as Pharmacy First, emergency contraception and blood pressure checks.

As Pharmacist Manager, you’ll lead the delivery and development of high-quality community pharmacy care – managing daily activity, bringing out the best in your team, building strong relationships with healthcare colleagues in the area, and providing advanced services to people who need support in managing their health needs.

There is plenty of scope available to enhance and extend the services the pharmacy can offer, which will open up further CPD opportunities for you and your team.

This will include supporting the introduction of flu/Covid-19 vaccination and travel clinic services in the short-term.

This is a permanent, full-time role for a Pharmacist Manager, with some flexibility available around working hours.

Person specification:

• (Essential) MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or UK-accredited equivalent
• (Essential) Registration with the GPhC as Pharmacist
• (Desirable) Previous experience in managing and mentoring team members
