Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Hourly Rate: £21 + paid breaks

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their team and deliver high-quality care to their residents in a luxury, purpose-built care home. The home offers a range of amenities, including a hairdressing salon and a sun lounge, providing a comfortable and vibrant environment for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in elderly care, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for enhancing the well-being of older adults.

Qualifications
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge and experience in nursing practices and procedures, specifically in elderly care.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and holistic support to elderly residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure individualized care plans are followed and respected.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes and notifying appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care and progress.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting dignity and independence for all residents.
