Care Assistant

A brand-new premium care home has great opportunities available for an experienced Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team, in time for its grand opening early 2026.

As a Care Assistant, you will join the team in assisting with daily living activities and providing direct support and companionship, enabling residents to live well and as independently as possible in a safe and caring place.

This is a permanent role for a Care Assistant in Bath.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Experience as a Care Assistant for older people in a professional environment
• (Essential) A compassionate approach and willingness to help with personal care tasks
• (Desirable) NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care
