From the moment we receive the keys, you’ll be at the centre of it all overseeing every stage of commissioning, setting the standards for excellence, and building a culture of care from the ground up.
Your Role
As Commissioning Manager, you will:
- Lead the full commissioning process from build handover through to opening day.
- Secure CQC registration and ensure all compliance standards are met.
- Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team who share your passion for exceptional care.
- Forge strong partnerships with commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare professionals to build sustainable occupancy and referral pathways.
- Create an environment where residents with nursing, dementia, mental health, and complex needs can truly thrive.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience of commissioning or opening a new care service and the confidence to lead a large-scale project. You understand the complexities of specialist nursing, dementia, or complex care services, and you know what it takes to balance compliance with a warm, welcoming culture. Above all, you’re a leader who can inspire teams, instil confidence, and deliver results.
