Situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, Manor Grange Care Home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. We are proud to offer a warm, welcoming environment where every day is shaped by our commitment to compassion, dignity and joy.

We are now seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team. If you are passionate about bringing smiles to the faces of others and creating meaningful experiences, this is a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference.

What We Offer

  • Contracted to 15 hours per week

What You Will Do
As Activities Coordinator, you will play a central role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents by designing and delivering varied, engaging activity programmes tailored to their needs and interests. You will lead both group and one-to-one sessions, from arts and crafts to music, movement, games, and special events, ensuring every resident has the chance to connect, participate and enjoy their day.

Your understanding of each resident’s background, abilities and preferences will help you create meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. You will work collaboratively with the wider care team, families and volunteers, and keep accurate records of all planned and delivered activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience planning and leading activities or events, ideally in a care, community or hospitality setting
  • A friendly, confident and creative personality with a genuine love for working with older people
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of individuals
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive, proactive approach and a warm, approachable manner
