Deputy Care Home Manager (Registered Nurse)

A great Deputy Manager opportunity is now available for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) at a luxury care home in South-East London.

Purpose-built in a quiet residential area, this fully CQC-“Good” home is a modern and inviting place offering an excellent standard of care, deluxe creature comforts and premier-level hospitality.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be the home’s Clinical Lead. You’ll assist with the home’s operations, monitoring quality and compliance, and oversee the delivery of optimal nursing care so that each resident experiences the very quality of life possible.

This is a permanent Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) position.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• (Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
• (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, supporting the development of a clinical team
